Where is Lakeview Terrace Senior Community located?

Lakeview Terrace is located about 23 miles southeast of Las Vegas in the small-town atmosphere of Boulder City, Nevada. Traveling southbound from Las Vegas take US-93 south toward Henderson (19.2 miles), turn left on US-93 toward Hoover Dam (1.5 miles) and turn left onto Ville Drive ending at 180 Ville Drive, Boulder City, Nevada 89005.

When will it be open?

We are currently accepting reservations; please refer to our "Charter Club". Our facility is scheduled to open in June of 2010. Contact us today for the best apartment selection availability.

How do I decide what kind of care is right for myself or my family member?

Lakeview Terrace Senior Community offers services tailored to each individual’s needs. As every resident will have different interests and levels of participation, we will develop a program with the help of the family and resident to ensure resident’s desires are fully met.

What if my health changes and I need personal assistance?

Regular assessments are performed by our staff to ensure the safety of each individual resident. Once a change in condition is identified either by the staff or involved family members a meeting will be held with interested parties to redefine the needs of the resident. Lakeview Terrace Senior Community will accommodate resident needs for personal care assistance which may include medication monitoring, grooming and bathing or other activities of daily living identified by the staff team.

What sort of apartments and amenities are available?

Lakeview Terrace Senior Community features studio, one and two bedroom apartments with individually controlled heating and cooling and generous closet and storage space. Each apartment is furnished with a microwave and small refrigerator for snacking and a 24-hour monitored emergency call system.

Lakeview Terrace Senior Community provides TV/Cable service and phone service in our monthly rates, along with personal pendant protection when you need it.

All residents will have access to the community center, as well as planned activities, transportation and amenities such as: dining, beauty and barber salon, library, computer center, activity and recreation rooms, fitness center, cable TV and so much more.

I am caring for my loved one, but sometimes I need a break. Can you help?

Lakeview Terrace offers short-term programs to seniors when caregivers need a short break from care giving. Your loved one will receive quality care and a true sense of security while you are away. They will have the opportunity to meet new friends and participate in activities as they desire.

Short term stays are also an option for seniors needing some assistance after a hospital visit or during an illness.

What are Lakeview Terrace Senior Community’s terms and financial agreements?

Lakeview Terrace is a rental retirement community. All apartments are rented on a monthly basis with the right to cancel at any time with a 30 day notice. We do not require any large up front investment, endowment, buy-in, or entrance fees.

Simply stop by our information office at 180 Ville Drive, Boulder City for a presentation of the community and available units. Select your apartment and make a fully refundable reservation deposit. If for any reason you do not move into Lakeview Terrace, your deposit will be promptly and fully refunded.
